We deliver consulting assignments across industries and geographies. We work with some of the biggest organizations worldwide, therefore as Capability Network Consultant, your impact will be truly global and you will collaborate with the brightest minds in the industry. 

What will you do?

As ITSM Cloud Platforms Advisory Analyst/Consultant you will play a major role in successful implementation of complex projects as part of Accenture Capability Network practice within the field of ITSM Cloud Platforms (ServiceNow, Jira SM, SolarWinds, etc.). You will take part in Feasibility Studies, gather Business Requirements, prepare designs of target ITSM & ITOM modules, have an oversight of development and transition processes to make sure all key customer requirements are met. You will become part of Agile team, prepare User Stories, define Acceptance Criteria, take part in common Agile events (Story pointing, Show & Tell sessions). You will be co-responsible for the final product and its success and act as a single point of contact for our customers and provide advice when needed.



  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, Developer or Consultant of ITSM Platforms (ServiceNow, Jira SM, SolarWinds, etc.) preferably in a consulting company
  • Proven track record of working with IT Service Management process implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool (nice to have: Foundation Certification)
  • Experience working with Agile/SCRUM setup
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL certification will be an asset)
  • A solid understanding of IT Systems, Cloud, Networking, Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration.
  • Stakeholder management experience on various level of organization.
  • Experience in front-end techniques (Javascript, AngularJS, WebServices, HTML&CSS).
  • Experience working with APIs will be an asset.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments.
  • Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and powerful manner.
  • Experience and willingness to continue working in international & challenging environments.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other foreign EU language e.g. German, French, Italian will be a strong asset.
  • Willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe

  • Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for the short or long term is still required if the pandemic situation will change
