What will you do?
Depending on your experience you will support Accenture clients in:

• planning, implementing, coordinating and overseeing large-scale IT/cloud projects;

• establishing and running a Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements: 

• At least 1 year (analyst) or at least 3 years (consultant) of hands-on experience in IT/cloud project management, preferably in a consulting company.

• Knowledge of IT project lifecycle or software development
  lifecycle .

• Understanding of the cloud concept.

• Understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with cloud-based projects and ability to adress them.

• Experience in liaising with internal and stakeholders such as business owners, project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements and project progress.

• Ability to design and implement effective documentation templates.

• Ability to articulate and present complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner, and adjust communication to the target audience.

• Experience and willingness to continue working in international & challenging environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other foreign EU language e.g. German, French will be a strong asset.

Nice to have:

• Relevant industry recognized cloud certification.

• Relevant industry recognized certification related to project management, e.g.

  • PMP,

  • Agile PM,

  • SAFe.

• Experience working in Agile methodologies.

• Experience in working with tools like:

  • Microsoft Project

  • Jira & Confluence

Working Conditions:

• Headquarter: Warsaw, Cracow or Wroclaw Office as a primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation

• Due to the COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for the short or long term is still required if the pandemic situation will change.
