Job Description

As a CMT professional you will be mainly involved in delivering business and technology transformation projects for telecommunication, high-tech and media companies. In CMT we help our clients to define and implement new operating models, improve their operational efficiency and bring new digital capabilities indispensable in the new economy.

We are at the forefront of clients’ transformations and work in the intersection of business and technology/IT. We face clients to understand their challenges and design the solutions with the best-of-breed methodologies and technologies provided by Accenture. In the CMT team you will need to build business relationships to understand client challenges and objectives to define and implement the right business solution. Your business acumen, analytical skills and business judgement are the skills you will need to leverage on.

What will you do:

  • Gather business requirements from client stakeholders via interactions like interviews, workshops and through review of existing documentation.

  • Utilize industry knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations.

  • Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements, business process flows and functional requirements – thereby act as an interface between business and technology teams.

  • Lead teams to deliver projects for clients (with minimal supervision).

  • Analyze the as-is process; understand process gaps which can be resolved either through technology or process solutions and design detail level to-be process with all stakeholders.



Qualifications

What do we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in Media & Communication industry.

  • Understanding of the telecommunication services (voice, mobile data, ftth), broadcasting, OTT, Video Services, along with knowledge of tool capabilities, features and functionalities.

  • Managing analysis, solutioning, development and implementation solutions.

  • Positive attitude & strong interest to solve client challenges, adapt to a changing work environment & deal with new issues.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrable ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Strong oral and written communications skills (English + Polish).

  • Team player willing to share ideas and work collaboratively.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Certificate of project management in Agile methodology.

  • PowerBI, CRM, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, MS Office, Jira.
