The Digital Identity team provides comprehensive support to our clients, including designing, building and optimizing processes and implementing the most important solutions in the area of ​​identity and access management (both operating on the basis of local on-prem infrastructure and provided).

The future Manager will have the opportunity to enrich the Accenture’s Security area by creating an Digital Identity team and gathering the most important competences, servicing Polish and global clients. Become part of a team that helps the largest companies in the country and in the world to change the way they operate and supports them in the implementation of the largest and most comprehensive transformation projects, while maintaining best practices and using leading security solutions in the field of digital identity, IAM, IGA.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building a strong team by selecting the best competencies and talents.

  • Being a best-in-class partner for clients - also international - in the area of ​​Digital Identity; supporting, designing and implementing solutions. The position will have significant exposure to CEE markets.

  • You will gain access to leading tools in the field of identity and permissions management as part of test environments (DI Lab).

  • Direct impact on key decisions regarding management in the largest organizations on the Polish market and in the world. Many of them will concern the creation of solutions that have a chance to become a market practice in the future.

  • Implementing the best solutions taking into account the specifics of various industries, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, the energy industry, e-commerce, and manufacturing companies.

  • Designing and managing exciting and innovative digital identity projects.

  • We will provide you with leading training and certification, we will give you the opportunity to participate in the largest conferences (as their listener and / or active participant / speaker).

  • Cooperate with best in the field experts and managers and management staff on the client's side on a daily basis, creating an unique experience and perspective, highly valued in the market.

  • Building a strong position both on the Polish market and CEE - the ability to move in an international environment and sensitivity to intercultural spectacles.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the subject of identity and access management (including directory services, identity lifecycle, processes of granting and withdrawing permissions, privileged access PAM) and tools / systems for Identity Management (e.g. solutions from Sailpoint, One Identity, Forgerock, Okta, CyberArk).

  • Knowledge of Content Security Policy, CORS, authorization, authentication, session management.

  • Technical skills and experience, including in the field of Java (Beanshell) / VBA / .Net / SQL / LDAP / Active Directory / PowerShell / Linux / Azure-GCP-AWS cloud platforms. Having certificates in the field of IAM / IGA solutions will be an additional advantage.

  • Inquisitiveness, unconventional thinking, the ability to make quick decisions, also under time pressure. Additionally, the ability to clearly translate technical issues, using understandable language, without jargon.

  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English; projects are carried for clients in Poland and around the world, especially remotely.

Skills requirements:

  • Experience within the Cybersecurity / Digital Identity Industry or with Technological companies.

  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.

  • Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value.

  • Experience identifying a client’s high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation.

  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.

  • Good understanding of technical (architecture design and integration) aspects of advisory and solutions implementation.

  • Insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.

  • Undeniable leadership skills, the ability to lead large teams (50+), also dispersed.

  • An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe.

  • Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others.
