As a Data Strategy Consultant, you should have excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering projects. With your impressive knowledge of the evolving digital landscape, disruptive technologies, and trends in technology strategy, you will work in high-performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed.
Job Description
Working closely with our clients, you will design, build, and implement data strategies that will help enhance business performance. You will develop specialized expertise - strategic, industry, functional, technical - in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth and personal development.

Architecting innovative cloud & on-premises data solutions
Creating Machine Learning models and data pipelines

Qualifications
Requirements:
A degree in Quantitative Methods, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, or related field with excellent academic performance
Strong passion for the following topics – Data-driven transformations, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance & Management, Cloud Technologies
Practical knowledge of tools, frameworks & technologies within at least one of the following categories:
o Data Strategy (Data Governance, Data Management)
o Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
o Machine Learning (R, Python, SAS, SPSS)
o Cloud Platforms (Google, Azure, Amazon Web Services)
Team-oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and within the organization.
Growth mindset, positive attitude & strong interest in solving client challenges, adapting to a changing work environment, and dealing with new issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good command of any other foreign language would be a strong asset

Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
