As a member of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions team you will help clients to achieve IT and business synergies and capture maximum value from their (buy & sell) deals through execution of our services: technology due diligence (Tech DD), M&A strategy planning, Post-Merger Integration or carve-out support.
What will you be responsible for:
Providing technology due diligence (Tech DD) - assessing IT landscape / IT Operating Model and providing a framework for the future state
Define Day-1 processes and assess gaps, changes and the impact on future IT landscape and track changes to mitigate the risks
IT carve-out strategy definition (including Transition Service Agreements), setup and support of execution across all technology domains and geographic units from concepts to successful cutover
Management and execution of the Post Merger Integration programs including Target Architecture Landscape definition, Source to Target gap analysis, data migration (extraction, transformation, load)
Support in value creation for the combined entity
Professional experience in at least one of the following technical disciplines: IT Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture, IT infrastructure (Network, Data Centers, Databases), shared services / outsourcing of a significant IT processes, DevOps, IT FinOps, Data Management, Data Integration
Sound understanding of industry-leading frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PMI, ITIL, Agile, TOGAF)
Experience in at least one stage of the Merger & Acquisition life cycle with technology M&A focus would be a strong asset
Participation in Technology M&A projects, IT transformation initiatives in multicultural environments, for example: CRM / ERP implementation, IT Operating Model change, IT infrastructure upgrade, Data Migration would be an asset
First class written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work in other languages and international exposure would be an asset
Proficiency with Excel and Power Point
Positive attitude & strong interest to solve client challenges, adapt to a changing work environment & deal with new issues
Headquarter: Warsaw, Cracow or Wroclaw Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation
Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
