Our Technology Strategy and Advisory services help reinvent organizations and build business value thanks to resilient industry-specific technology architectures, as well as cost-efficient and flexible cloud and data solutions. We guide our Clients throughout the transformation journey, we start with a technology and ecosystem strategy that lays a future-ready foundation.
We work directly with our Clients to solve their unique needs. We assume that no two Clients are alike therefore we are flexible, innovative, and able to find solutions to non-standard challenges.
We deliver consulting assignments across industries and geographies. We work with some of the biggest organizations worldwide, therefore as Capability Network Consultant, your impact will be truly global, and you will collaborate with the brightest minds in the industry.
Enterprise Agility as a part of Technology Strategy & Advisory is our dedicated practice focused on transforming business and technology to achieve business agility at scale and competitive advantage.
What will you do?
Your responsibilities strongly depend on project and client needs.
Focus on:
definition of Agile target operating model
building Agile transformation strategy and roadmap
supporting customers in building an Agile environment on Portfolio, Program & Team level
coaching and training teams and executives about new ways of working based on Lean/Agile values
supporting customers in increasing Agile maturity and efficiency in delivering products by introducing concepts such as Value Streams, DevOps, and other operational practices
introducing and standardization of Agile project management tools
Qualifications
Requirements:
minimum Bachelor’s degree
min. 2 years of experience in an Agile product delivery area
experience in Agile Portfolio and Program definition (incl. Value Streams, Lean-Agile Budgeting, Portfolio Vision, Portfolio & Program Metrics, collaboration with vendors, etc.)
experience in collaboration with leadership
knowledge proved with a certificate like SPC, PSM, CSM, AgilePM, or similar
deep interest in various Agile methods and practices
ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner
ability to structure client challenges and translate them into an improvement plan
readiness to work occasionally at client locations, mainly across Europe
English language as a basis, German language nice to have
Working conditions
Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw or Lodz.
Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
