Job Description

What will you do:

  • Preparation of the reconciliation approach / strategy including types of reconciliation (step by step, end to end, checksum and field to filed etc.)

  • Setting up the points (decision meetings) where reconciliation reports are expected

  • Preparation of the templates of the documents

  • Planning reconciliation requirements work

  • Monitoring of progress of reconciliation requirement preparation

  • Providing best practices and examples of the reports

  • Providing clarifications on the reconciliation strategy

  • Explaining / trainings on Reconciliation Console

  • Planning reconciliation scope (reconciliation types) for mock/trial migrations and DRs in alignment with Delivery Team

  • Coordinating of reconciliation work during mock / trial migrations, DRs and Go live

  • Ensuring all reconciliation reports are in time  for decision meetings

  • Presenting consolidated results during decision meetings.

Qualifications

What do we expect from you:

  • Experience with large transformation projects e.g.:

    core banking replacement, post merger integration, data migration

  • Experience in defining and enforcing data reconciliation methodology as part of the above-mentioned transformation

  • Experience in running the processes within IT Teams

  • Fluent English.
