Order to Cash Associate with Italian

THE WORK
You will join our Finance Operations team, supporting end‑to‑end Order to Cash processes – from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery, invoicing, cash application, and collections.
This role is an individual contributor position, performed within a clearly defined scope of work, with close collaboration within the team and with your direct supervisor.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support collections activities for a dedicated customer portfolio
Contact customers (phone/email) regarding outstanding payments
Apply payments and credits and support account reconciliation
Release orders according to defined rules and timelines
Perform basic credit checks (customer history, payment behavior)
Cooperate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Service)
Escalate issues and risks to the Team Lead when needed
Support dispute resolution and follow up until closure
Ensure data privacy and compliance in daily work
Record actions and account history accurately in systems
Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports and support month-end closing

Work Model & Schedule
Hybrid work model – 2–3 days per week from the office
Office location: Warsaw, Przyokopowa Street
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Language skills: English at B2 level or higher, Italian at C1 level or higher (used in daily communication)

Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, combined with a strong interest in financial processes and willingness to develop within the Order to Cash area

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for contacting Clients via email and phone in a B2B (Business-to-Business) setting

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Effective time management and task prioritization skills

Interest in development within the financial field
Nice to have:

Initial professional experience in Order to Cash, Collections or Accounts Receivable
