The Accenture PMO Team supports our client’s Project Managers in overseeing the management and execution of IT and TELCO projects. These initiatives are based on agreements between the client and their end users, and can include a broad range of services and deliverables, typically centered around specific technological solutions.
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful project delivery and seamless coordination across teams. You will demonstrate strong ownership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to managing project tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the project management process.
THE WORK:
Perform assigned tasks independently, with minimal to no supervision when needed
Actively drive tasks to completion by sending reminders, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
Analyze incoming requests, accurately interpret them, and place them in the correct project context
Take full ownership of project management processes and support PMO best practices
Build and maintain client trust by demonstrating a strong understanding of project principles, methodologies, and workflows
Support Client Project Managers in the delivery of ICT projects across the full project lifecycle
Assist Program & Project Management Senior Analysts with both planned and ad hoc requests
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets
Identify issues and seek guidance from Senior Analysts when facing complex or non-standard situations
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality is maintained
Collaborate effectively with PMO, CBO, and Client teams to resolve issues and support successful project delivery
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Dutch

Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently in progress)

Ability to effectively research and gather data

Proactive and diligent approach in finding solutions

Detail-oriented, while maintaining an understanding of the overall project process

Strong results-driven mindset, especially when interacting with clients and key stakeholders

Problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the use of past experiences to address current challenges

Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, taking initiative and contributing beyond core responsibilities
