THE WORK:

  • Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by end-users.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support personnel when necessary.

  • Learn and apply best practices for system monitoring and performance optimization.

  • Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and expansions.

  • Aid end-users with technical inquiries and follow established procedures for issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver user training on IT tools and procedures.

  • Embrace challenges as opportunities and be proactive in skill enhancement and enthusiastic about professional growth

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies.

  • Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies.

  • Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2 level).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Any prior experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.

  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools or basic scripting.

  • Exposure to infrastructure projects or IT training delivery.
