Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients (calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.)
Forecasting (cash, risks, opportunities, past due level)
Strong knowledge of AR netting process
Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments
Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection to management
Coordinating dispute resolution for portfolio assigned
Supporting other team members with knowledge transfer
SPOC role for assigned portfolio
Good knowledge of OPEX reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
2 years experience in Customer Service, phone contact with customers, complaints solving, and cash collecting
Lang Dutch C2 , English C1 .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and oral
Analytical mindset
Advanced MS Office Excel skills
IController or other automated collections tool experience.
