THE WORK

  • Manage collections for a dedicated portfolio, including applying payments, processing credits, and reconciling accounts.

  • Perform credit checks, assess credit risk, and review customer payment behavior.

  • Work with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve collection processes.

  • Prepare reports and handle financial documentation related to order releases and account setups.

  • Maintain accurate account records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding payments and account status.

Qualifications

For the Junior role:

  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level)

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

For the Specialist role, we are also looking for:

  • Around 1 year of experience in a Cash Collection role

  • Expertise in managing strategic customer accounts and dispute resolution

  • Experience with order release processes

  • SAP experience is preferred

  • Strong time management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
