THE WORK
Manage collections for a dedicated portfolio, including applying payments, processing credits, and reconciling accounts.
Perform credit checks, assess credit risk, and review customer payment behavior.
Work with internal teams to resolve disputes and improve collection processes.
Prepare reports and handle financial documentation related to order releases and account setups.
Maintain accurate account records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Communicate directly with clients regarding payments and account status.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

For the Junior role:
Fluency in both Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
For the Specialist role, we are also looking for:
Around 1 year of experience in a Cash Collection role
Expertise in managing strategic customer accounts and dispute resolution
Experience with order release processes
SAP experience is preferred
Strong time management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
