Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing sales orders, processing customer claims and collecting overdue payments. This is an end-to-end role and ensures development throughout Order to Cash operations. You will be responsible for:

  • independent, timely and accurate processing of Order to Cash transactions according to process documentation and core values;

  • recording, verifying and executing transactions according to process documentation;

  • updating, creating and reviewing supporting documentation;

  • Personal drive, driving improvement ideas in close cooperation with stakeholders;

This role is a part of Agile Team. The Agile Team is a separate group of Finance & Accounting professionals that may support different projects depending on business priorities:

  • Business Needs: The Agile Team is designed to be flexible and adaptable, providing support to regular employees during peak times, transitions, or unexpected challenges;

  • Collaboration: The Agile Team works closely with regular employees, ensures collaboration through regular check-ins and joint sessions;

  • Members of the Team are chosen based on their comprehensive F&A skills set & flexibility to work for different clients.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • English and Spanish - fluent (C1)

  • Availability: working hours – standard 8-hour work, start between 8 AM and 10 AM, depending on business needs, from Monday to Friday

  • Strong communication skills with customer orientation.

  • Basic Excel skills.

  • Problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate peaks of workload with can-do attitude.

  • Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment in collaboration with other team members.

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on finance/ administration.

  • Preferably 1 year of experience in Order to Cash processes.

  • SAP practical knowledge nice to have.
