THE WORK:
Proactive in skill enhancement, manage CSDR penalties claims in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third parties.
Oversee fee billing and entitlement processes, committed to constant progress in operational efficiency and accuracy.
Reconcile corporate entitlements against custody records, motivated to embrace new opportunities for improvement.
Maintain internal and external records, perform daily reconciliations, and report incidents, driven by challenges to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Provide comprehensive KPI reporting, dedicated to evolving skills and supporting continuous advancement in reporting accuracy.
The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (50/50 hybrid model).

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Degree in Business Finance or related field, or proven experience in a similar role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Securities Financing or trade support, particularly with fixed income and equity.
Fluent in both oral and written English. (min C1)
Strong understanding of financial markets, with specific knowledge in Securities Lending and Repo.
Familiarity with Securities Financing regulations and experience with Bloomberg.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Global One, SWIFT, and Equilend would be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and client-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
