Job Description

Role Definition:

Owner of all dependencies crossing the defined program boundaries. Responsible for ensuring that all the dependencies int ext. and milestones are documented and tracked. Analyze impacts and possibilities in case a dependency becomes overdue. Responsible for the communication of dependencies, risks and issues and assignments of owners.

What will you do:

  • Ensure captures, analysis and tracking of relevant internal and external dependencies to support decision making based on impact on the project constraints Schedule, Budget, Scope, Quality etc.
  • Support program management in managing all dependencies
  • identify the roles and responsibilities, workstreams, impacts, escalation levels, due dates etc. for identified dependencies
  • Function as initial SPOC for dependencies determination, coordination
  • Strong Alignment with Architect and Solution Lead in terms of dependency alignment and handover
  • Facilitates program portfolio management meetings and define impact to the program
  • Pro actively identify dependencies to other initiatives following clear priorities
  • Manage and track dependencies on project management level schedules, resources, scope
  • Identify and follow up on risks and issues related to dependencies to third parties
  • Delegate detailed integration points to the various business process projects and workstreams
