Job Description

What will you do:

  • Support all management levels in decision making by provision of transparency on
    the performance of the global technology organization in terms of service quality,
    project delivery and target achievements using reports and dashboards.
  • Support the transformation
  • Support of establishment of an automated collection process in order to provide KPls and ensure an efficient data collection
  • Quality enhancement and maintenance of performance dashboa ds JIRA for the different management levels
  • Preparation and presentation of data for different internal interfaces
  • Analysis of Tech. Org data, creation of insights
  • Independent analysis, evaluation and performance measurement of all relevant data and KPls in the form of forecasts and reports
  • Knowledge Skills Experience


Qualifications

What do we expect from you:

  • A successfully completed degree or commercial training with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the area of data analytics, performance management in IT or controlling or business intelligence.
  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel e.g. in dealing with pivot tables
  • Ability to reduce complexity, structured and proactive way of working as well as a high level of communication skills
  • Very good English and German language skills
  • High IT affinity
  • Basic knowledge in SQL, Databases, VBA scripting beneficial
