What will you do?
Highly motivated and self-driven professional with industry and consulting experience – 3+ years in the CG&S
Work on Project Management Activities including tracking of project budget, deliverables and resources, managing vendor relationships, mitigating project risks and managing project change requests
Building and maintaining relationships with current and new clients
Integral part of Change Management in review of existing processes and procedures, definition of future state processes, development of training material and delivery of training sessions to business users
- Understanding of systems, processes, tools, and technologies in the manufacturing area / on the shop floor
- Strong understanding and worked hands on in Industry 4.0 technologies (Internet of Things, AR/VR, Edge Analytics, Blockchain, Manufacturing Control Tower , AGVs, 3D Printing, Computer vision, APS, Robotics, etc )
- End to End experience of implementing smart manufacturing solution on IOT Platforms like (Microsoft Azure, AWS, SAP Leonardo, PTC)
- Understanding of IT-OT architecture (ISA 95 architecture), plant automation, plant network, security protocols and industry standards
- Experienced in managing large teams, multi-stakeholder environments and complex IT/Digital projects and engagements with a preferred global exposure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Experience with Advanced Analytics is a plus
- The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities & client relationships
- Experience working with “C” level executives will be an added advantage
- Certifications like (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IOT Platform certification) will be an added advantage
- Excellent Business English communication skills, good level of additional language, preferable e.g. German, Italian, French would be an advantage.

Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
