ESO is a system that provides cross-platform single sign on services to Accenture applications.  It allows users to navigate seamlessly between applications without being forced to log in to each one individually, while at the same time providing a security that protects Accenture’s data and privacy needs.
 
The primary focus of this role is to help application developers integrate security services into their applications by leveraging a platform called Enterprise Sign On (SSO). Support Analysts get the opportunity to dive deep into token authentication and claims management, building on their programming knowledge, plus AWS and Azure platform skills, while also learning how processes and structured service support drive large corporate organizations to success.

 
Key responsibilities:
  • Support integrated applications with ADFS and Azure AD
  • Support Requests, Incidents and Change via Service Now application, our queued ticketing system
  • Perform operational support of identified incidents with intention to resolve. If escalation is required, will completely document troubleshooting efforts in incident ticket and immediately alert responsible party for resolution
  • Support emails and queries from customers related to getting started with Single Sign On
  • Assist in the administration, testing, maintenance and support of Azure AD (cloud service) or Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS on prem service ) and its associated infrastructure or tools
  • Support infrastructure of critical applications 
  • Support  IAM processes and work across the domain


Qualifications

What do we expect from you? 
  • University degree level education
  • 2 yrs + Experience in an IT type customer support role, supporting Microsoft products and cloud platform. (some powershell knowledge and scripting an advantage here)
  • Experience on MS Server support
  • Knowledge on federated technologies such as Azure AD, Oauthv2, SAML 2.0 will be valuable
  • It would be an advantage if you have experience in Access Management, Identity Management and Access Control Systems
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
