What will you do:
- Research Dispute / Deduction
- Correspond and Negotiate dispute / Deduction with Customer
- Perform Root Cause Analysis
- Route and Resolve dispute / Deductions Internally
- Manage and Process Disputes / Deductions
- Prepare and investigate dispute / Deduction adjustments and write-off Balances
What we expect from you:
- Minimum experience – 2-3 years experience in related customer support areas or accounts receivable
- Advanced communication skills in English (min. B2)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong verbal and oral Communication&Customer facing skills
- Goal-orientated individual with Strong time and task management.
- Organised and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and Strong Analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to proactively analyze processes for better solutions and improvements.
- Education Requirements
- Preferred education – Masters degree, Economics / Finance
