What will you do?
  • Resolution of escalations related to work of Returns Team regarding the process
  • Support for the Client and Team members on non-standard cases related to customer requests, contracts, order management, returns management or disputes for Returns process
  • Adhering to contractual obligations when supporting the Client
  • Managing the team performance using metrics, capacity study and performing quality checks
  • Managing development and career of team members by performance and talent discussions
What do we expect from you?
  • Very good English (C1)
  • Very good French or Italian as a nice to have
  • Practical Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience above 2 years in working in Customer Service or Order Management area with SAP
  • 1 year experience in managing high performing team
