Accenture is rapidly expanding Management Consulting network based in the prominent locations around the world. Our Resources Industry Team (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemical & Natural Resources) drives innovation by delivering SAP S/4HANA.
 
 
As a Consultant, you will analyze, advice and help architect the effective usage of Connected Worker Systems, with special attention to software and their integration. You will design and develop the complex collaboration between information systems within an organization,
 
What will you do?
  • Requirement gathering for processes in the areas of field force management, work management, mobile worker.
  • Responsible for supporting planning stage of the project in developing detailed requirements, project scope and work plan, resource allocation plan and project budgeting.
  • Work on configuration specifications, data conversion, display conversion and test plans.
  • Selection of Field Worker Management Platform and Migration Activities.
  • Execution of Digital Work Automation, Mobility Application and AI/Machine Learning Processes
  • Work on project management activities including tracking of project budget, deliverables and resources, managing vendor relationships, mitigating project risks and managing project change requests.
  • Integral part of change management in review of existing processes and procedures, definition of future state processes, development of training material and delivery of training sessions to business users.

What we are looking for?
  • Deep knowledge of any of the Resources Industries (Utilities, Energy, Chemicals) especially
    in the area of Assets & Production
  • Knowledge of Connected Workers Ecosystem- Field worker management, digital work automation, mobility application, Industry X.0-skills, machine learning, AI etc.
  • Experience in Connected worker software in ERP (SAP PM, Oracle, IBM), Mobile apps (Kony), Click Software. Good to have exposure to AR/ VR (DAQRI, EPSON), Smart Glasses (Google glass, Meta one, Hololens) or Mobile Applications Deployment.
  • Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of existing solutions, platforms, and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals
  • Strong writing skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership
  • Active role in the identification of opportunities from existing relationships and by growing new networks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of French or German would be an additional significant asset.
 
 
Working Conditions:
  • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
  • Willing and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
  • Willing to travel min. 60% (annually) of time and could be more. Travel is often required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Thursday/Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend at home location (Poland; applicable for Europe based assignments).
