What will you deal with?
  • Determining the strategic direction of office space management for all locations in Poland (cooperation with building managers, selection of suppliers, seeking new locations, negotiating contracts, supervising the proper maintenance of offices).
  • Project management regarding improving the quality of administrative processes based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology and Prince 2 project management methodologies
  • Creating the budget and supervising its implementation.
  • Managing a team of several people

  • Experience in managing the administration department in an international corporation.
  • Skills in creating budgets and knowledge in the field of finance.
  • Higher education.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Teamwork skills, including geographically dispersed teams.
  • High flexibility in the context of a dynamic environment and design diversity.
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time and their appropriate prioritization.
  • Abilities of quick learning, self-confidence and professionalism.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish

  • Master’s degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in office administration including min. 2 years in  managing of extensive and dynamic office environment
  • Proficient  user of MS Office
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of the requirements of H&S

  • Ability to work in a team and cooperation with people from other departments
