Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.


Key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage cash collectors with daily coaching and guiding
  • Set priorities, targets and create high motivation
  • Performance management: career counselling, coaching, performance development, 1:1's, mentoring
  • Build and maintain direct interactions with the Client and present updates on a regular basis
  • Prepare, review and present team's work results
  • Support team to achieve results with the highest possible standard of quality and delivery
  • Ensure timely cash collection & handling of incoming complaints for the assigned countries and own portfolio of customers (via calls, emails, dunning letters, statements of account)
  • Identify and assist with development of support material for team use, e.g. training manuals, job aids, and view in databases;
  • Performing regular follow up on the accounts with aged debt
  • Supporting cash allocation and arranging missing remittance advices for the unapplied & unidentified payments
  • Forecasting cash, risks & opportunities
  • Building long term relationship with Client, regional Sales & CSM, Other finance teams and Billing Team
  • Cooperating with Cash Application Team and other teams involved in collection process
  • Active participation in AR regional & country/cluster reviews/calls
  • Performing ad-hoc activities delegated by AR Manager
  • Effective communication
  • People recruitment
  • Educational background in finance/accounting/customer service is an advantage
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting area (preferable Accounts Receivable area)
  • Fluent in English (at least B2/C1)
  • Fluent in French/German/Swedish/Spanish/Portuguese (at least B2/C1)
  • Microsoft Office essential skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • ERP literacy (Oracle)
  • High accuracy and focus on details
  • Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
  • Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Pro-active business approach & ownership, aimed to resolve business/people issues
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
