Meet the Talent Development and Learning Team
 
As a Talent Development and Learning professional you will work at the heart of the training agenda in areas such Training Planning, Training Content Development, Training Delivery, Training Logistics, Training Evaluation and Training Implementation. You will use the best understanding of organisations’ business needs and people expectations to design, develop and deliver efficient learning journeys. You will work with people and for people leveraging the whole variety of learning solutions – from traditional ones (like instructor-led training sessions) to the most advanced ones (like Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).
 
YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Training Analyst in our TD&L practice, a typical day might include:
 
  • Being a part of the training workstream during large organizational change projects
  • Leveraging your experience and knowledge of how people learn to design training approaches
  • Developing training materials using selected of authoring tools (PowerPoint, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, WalkMe, WPB, etc.)
  • Delivering instructor-led training and providing train-the-trainer sessions
  • Launching and managing the learning environment on a basis of specific, selected by the Client Learning Management System
  • Taking responsibility for logistics and operations of the training space during projects of various scales
  • Evaluating training activities, creating insights and defining lessons learned to be implemented throughout the project
  • Designing and developing new tools and personal or organizational development ideas in the training space
  • Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
  • Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
  • Contributing to practice-building efforts such as knowledge sharing, training and attending community events
  • Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Instructional design, content design and development with understanding of training specifics
  • Learning content design and development in context of change management/ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle, other)
  • Learning solution design (Including functional design incorporating user requirements & business solutions to meet business needs)
  • E-learning space exposure in story boarding, ILT (Instructional Led Training), WBT (web based training) and etc.
  • Social media/collaboration solutions
  • Training materials, manuals design and development

WORKING CONDITIONS:         
  • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
  • Willing to travel c.a. 70% (annual) of time and could be less or more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
