Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.


Responsibilities 

  • Working knowledge of end to end O2C processes allowing to perform, if needed, all respective activities
  • Serving as an SME for respective processes
  • Performing quality checks and review of performed tasks
  • Perform monthly and quarterly tasks in line with procedures [payment processing, PO validation, queries handling, reconciliation of bank/vendor payables/t&e/payroll accounts etc.]
  • Preparation of reports as required
  • Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders as required [vendors, client]
  • Take ownership of timely preparation of all deliverables related to allocated Entities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Resolve queries, manage incoming and outgoing calls and help investigate issues at hand
  • Reconcile sub-ledger and ledger account

  • Very good English
  • Very good knowledge of second foreign language
  • Working knowledge of OTC processes [1yrs+]
  • Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
  • Highly developed analytical skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment  
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an asset
  • MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle)
  • Excellent business writing skills, proficient in report writing, business correspondence and procedure manuals 
  • Good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Good planning and execution skills
  • Very good communicator on all levels and in all directions
  • Proactivity in identifying potential improvements
  • Flexibility required to interact with and manage a broad range of stakeholders, competing priorities and changing environment
  • Passion and willingness to learn and deliver through Operational Excellence
