Our Corporate Function's employees provide deep expertise to manage and operate Accenture's business functions and support client teams.  They work in a wide range of functional areas including human resources, marketing and communications, finance, quality control, legal, IT, facilities and services.
Key responsibilities:
  • Acquiring information on the utilization of office space from internal customers to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Tracking changes in the size and other surface requirements of each department.
  • Prepare reports on office waste disposal.
  • Collaboration with an external health and safety service provider.
  • Implementing in the local environment global corporate standards in meeting rooms, internal meetings, catering, guests, etc.
  • Tracking changes in fixed assets.
  • Preparation and personal coordination of removals (both within the office and from the building to the building).
  • Participating in all activities related to new planning and management of the current office space for all Accenture operating offices in Warsaw



  • Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration including min. 2 years in  managing of extensive and dynamic office environment
  • Proficient  user of MS Office
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of the requirements of H&S
  • Practical knowledge in project management and negotiation
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperation with people from other departments
  • Effectiveness and consistency in action
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions and to solve problems
  • Ability to build and to maintain good working relationships with clients and staff
  • Proven ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
