We are growing and expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Communication, Media and Technology professionals. 
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Delivering projects for high-tech companies related  to functional strategies, operational improvement, system implementations or transformations of customer facing functions (Sales, Customer Care or Marketing) or back-office functions
  • Performing the role of project management consultant or project/stream member responsible for end-to-end delivery and interaction with clients
  • Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery: work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients, independently handle project work stream with limited supervision
  • Supporting Accenture teams in business development activities (preparation of proposals, presentations for the clients)
  • Delivering internal Accenture projects related to the development of new markets or innovative client services in high-tech sector
 
 
 
Working Conditions: 
  • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
  • Willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
  • Willingness to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years’ experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry experience
  • Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst or Consultant position
  • Solid telecommunications, media or high technology industry background work experience in a Telecoms/High-Tech company or in the Consulting company.
  • Experience in one or more of below areas:
    • Digital services / digital channels;
    • Cost reduction;
    • Customer acquisition, loyalty and retention in digital environment;
    • Customer excellence;
    • Product and services innovation;
    • Mobility transformation;
    • Mapping & analyzing sales, marketing, customer care processes;
    • Development of sales force, marketing or customer care transformation business cases (top line and costs);
    • Execution of sales force, marketing or customer care transformation projects;
    • Knowledge of leading CRM/Sales force automation systems will be an asset
  • Consulting and project delivery experience - preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
  • Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
