- Job description

  • Provide 2nd line technical application support for all parts of eCommerce system components in Production environment
  • Production and Reporting of Production reporting and statistics to Programme Management
Key responsibilities:
  • Day to day management of eCommerce production incidents and infrastructure including Portals, Feeds, Hardware, Software, DR
  • Create and maintain key relationships with dependent teams within the bank such as eCommerce Dev and Test, Operations, STP, Infrastructure and other global support teams
  • Client On-boarding to eCommerce systems
  • Maintain relationships with systems users
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are created, signed off and adhered to including all bank standards processes
  • Release management and deployment of new enhancements and components into the eCommerce production systems environments
  • Manage change control and release process into production
  • Create efficient client on-boarding process flow, and drive adoption of platform
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for eCommerce support team and group
  • Test and Implement minor systems changes (configuration and non-development)
  • Capital Markets experience is a must and experience in FX trading platform is desirable and added advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good client facing skills
  • 1- 4 years’ experience in a production support related role
  • Must have development experience in Java. Candidates who have development background however would be happy to take support role
  • Good unix & shell scripting skills
  • Capital Markets back ground / FX knowledge would be an advantage
  • Reuters RET, Unix, SQL
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms in an investment banking arena
  • Fluent English
  • University degree
