Be part of our security practice with a focus on Implementing Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Solutions. We are looking to hire someone who can lead and participate in activities related to I&AM solutions. Activities will vary by client assignment, but may include design and architecture responsibilities for I&AM solutions as well as supporting changes and upgrading existing I&AM systems.


Specific responsibilities will vary but may include:

  • Design, implement, configure, troubleshoot and tune Oracle I&AM products like OIM, OID, OAM, OIF, OEG etc.
  • Work closely with Application Integration Architect, Fusion Middleware Admin and Client Security teams to architect Oracle Identity Management suite of products for scalability and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot issues as when they arise. 
  • Administer the Oracle Identity Management Suite. 
  • Identifies cross-team issues, and communicate them to the appropriate leads. 
  • Validates that the Security solutions and Security architecture designs utilize the security components appropriately to meet Enterprise needs.
  • This position requires client specific background investigation.
  • Provide functional or technical delivery of Identity and Access.
  • Management (IdAM) solutions to clients as an individual contributor or team collaborator based on guidance/ direction from team leadership.
  • Assist with developing IAM road maps, architecture documents, implementation plan, metrics and integrated master schedule (IMS).
  • Provide consulting service to the stakeholder in the integration of COTS and custom-developed applications into the enterprise identity and access management system to provide enterprise-wide single sign-on solution to all agency applications.
  • Act as a point of contact with external stakeholders (project managers for COTS and custom-developed applications) and provide technical expertise to guide application development teams through the integration process.
  • Provide consulting service to integrate physical access management into the identity and access management system to provide comprehensive management of physical and logical security Hiring Manager completes.
  • Provide functional or technical delivery of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solutions to clients as an individual contributor or team collaborator based on guidance/ direction from team leadership.
  • Assist with developing IAM road maps, architecture documents, implementation plan, metrics and integrated master schedule (IMS).
  • Provide consulting service to the stakeholder in the integration of COTS and custom-developed applications into the enterprise identity and access management system to provide enterprise-wide single sign-on solution to all agency applications.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other Analytical/technical field
7 years application integration experience
1 year of experience working with the Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite or FORGEROCK Suite
3 years total of IDM packages
1 year  Active Directory (AD) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)

 

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:

 

Familiarity with Federal Bridge PKI, Certification Authorities, PIV, FIPS standards.

  • Familiarity with Information Risk Management and Compliance tasks and knowledge (e.g. asset classification, Risk assessments, vulnerability and threat analysis, Risk treatment, audit controls and remediation, vendor Risk Management, and Risk monitoring) & reporting.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as Federal enterprise architecture (FEA) and TOGAF.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint, SiteMinder, Courion, Okta Cloud Identity, and/or Tivoli
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
