Accenture Digital is powered by three practices –Mobility, Interactive, and Analytics. As part of our Analytics practice, you’ll deliver analytically-informed, issue-based solutions that help clients make faster, smarter decisions. You’ll play a critical role in helping them tackle complex business issues. 
CMOs are tasked with unifying enormous amounts of customer and other marketing data from the digital world and correlating it with more traditional offline tactics. With your expertise, you’ll help harness their marketing data to drive insights that convert into better customer experiences.   • Work through the phases of a project:
    • Define data requirements for creating a model and understanding the business problem
    • Clean, aggregate, analyze, interpret  data and carry out quality analysis of it
    • Set up data for statistical modeling
    • Development of statistical/econometric models
  • Work with a team and consultant/manager
  • Look for insight and create a presentation to demonstrate these insights
  • Support development and maintenance of proprietary marketing techniques and other knowledge development projects

Working Conditions:
  • Headquarter : Warsaw as primary place of work
  • Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
  • Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday to Friday) for some periods during the year

  • Minimum bachelor's degree from an university of repute, MBA degree would be an asset
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language would be an asset
  • 4+ years of overall experience within industry or consulting (preferred) with an international exposure.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: data mining, data modeling, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, insight generation, analysis of marketing databases, customer segmentation, customer profiling, acquisition models, retention models, cross-selling models
  • Strong aptitude, ability, motivation and interest in placing quantitative analysis in the context of marketing, sales and business economics.
  • Deep knowledge of SAS. Other tools like SQL, Matlab, Cognos, R, SPSS, KXEN, Hadoop and other analytical and data management tools will be an asset
  • Ability to derive insights from large amounts of data from diverse sources.
  • Understanding of ETL and/ or participation in Data Warehouse projects and design will be an asset.
  • Experience in planning and executing quantitative analytical projects will be an asset.
  • Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
  • Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
  • Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Should have team management and project delivery experience
  • Should express business development abilities
  • Skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Mathematics/ Statistics/ Econometrics/ Economics background
  • MPhil/ PhD in statistics/econometrics or related field
  • Knowledge of SQL or other DBMS is preferred
  • Consulting experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to details
