Key responsibilities:

  • Communication with Feeding Systems and Product Control in case of issues.

  • Checking Market Data files.

  • Every day statuses of import and loading of files delivered by the source systems into the database.

  • Help desk and User Management.

  • Monitoring Import errors.

  • Managing incidents, configuration changes, etc.

  • Supporting roll-out of new Releases.

  • Setting up / supporting setup of new / changed interfaces.



  • Database knowledge: Sybase or SQL Server (preferred).
  • Good SQL knowledge and Unix scripting.
  • Java (web based) or C/C++/.NET will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of support experience.
  • Good English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.
  • Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed multi-national delivery.
  • Efficient team-player, very good interpersonal skills.
  • Deep analytical and organizational skills.
  • Creative and out of the box problem solving.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to work at client’s locations in Poland and Europe (first 3-4 mc in Milan, than in Warsaw).

Nice to have:

  • Basic experience or knowledge in Capital Markets / Financial Instruments
  • Basic experience or knowledge in Accounting
  • Production support experience
