Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process

Recruitment process differs slightly in different areas of our business. Depending on the role you are applying for and the skills necessary, you may be asked to complete the below stages.

> SHL Test Session / Language skill test

Consulting candidates will be asked to complete an online test as part of the process.
It will assess your aptitude in the specific analytical skills relevant to the role you're applying for. We'll also assess your foreign language skills through interviews or a verbal / written test.

> HR & Competency Interview

The HR interview is a 60-minute interview conducted by a member of the recruitment team at Accenture and it covers a number of key competences concerning project management, leadership, teamwork and really looking at your professionalism, how well you’ll articulate yourself throughout the interview to make sure that you are the right fit for Accenture. By discussing recent projects and achievements, we can get a better idea of how well you work in a team, how you deal with conflict, how good you are at managing stakeholders and so on.

> Skill Interviews

The purpose of a skills interview is to explore the mutual fit between your skills and interests, the demands of the role and its wider business context. You'll meet with a manager, senior manager or senior executive to discuss your knowledge. They'll ask you about your career to date to find out whether you have the skill set needed for the role, together with the operational capabilities to perform at the right level.

> Optional Case Study Interview

This interview takes around 45 minutes. You'll be given a few minutes to read over a hypothetical business scenario of the kind you'd face at Accenture. Then you'll answer a series of questions in relation to the challenge at hand. Your answers will give us a good insight into everything from your thought processes and decision-making skills to creativity and business acumen.
