- Job description

· Manages service level across all deals

· Performs real-time support to Operations and advanced coordination of all on-line and off-line activities

· Communicates proactively to management operations and teams regarding intraday performance and challenges

· Analyzes the impact of actual volumes, AHT, shrinkage, on the budget staffing requirements

· Reports staffing needs and performance issues impacting performance level on a timely manner

· Recommends possible solutions to performance issues
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree · Can work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines · Basic analytical and math skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Must be able to work with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing and communicating metrics · Workforce management experience is an advantage · Excellent communications skills
