Accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruitment Plan. The Recruiter – Analyst administers the recruitment process for a small recruiting plan OR provides assistance in administering the recruitment process for medium to large recruitment demand plan.
* Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Pyschology or Human Resources. * Min of 2 years work experience in Recruitment. * High proficiency in Excel, Word , Powerpoint and general computer skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills/ Organizational skills.
