Manage the delivery of people mobility services to assigned Philippine cross border assignees, specifically for non-complex business and short-term work permit requests. Respond / Resolve business entities and employees queries on people mobility services, policies, and programs.
Assist the People Mobility Leads in setting up Global Careers Program for the Philippines, and in representing the organization in all people mobility related meetings, initiatives and projects. All other tasks particularly people mobility related ones that the leadership may assign.

Proactively meet with business entities and HR on cross border demands and provide guidance particularly in terms of lead time, visa & immigration process and guidelines, and costs / budget. Coordinate with People Mobility Finance & Tax Operations on cross border finance and tax matters needed by the business entities.

Prepare service performance metrics and reports for business leadership. Review assigned processes and ensure the team’s processes are attuned to the needs to the business and the employees. Conduct regular brownbag sessions with business leadership and employees on people mobility processes, policies, and programs. Respond, resolve and guide business entities and employees on people mobility processes, requirements, entitlements, policies and guidelines.

Conduct preliminary briefing with business entities and employees on processes, requirements, entitlements, policies and guidelines. Manages the visa & immigration process for the assigned employees including review of initiation, collation of visa applications and requirements, coordination with host country counterparts, and preparing the employees for visa interviews. S/He must provide proactive and regular status updates to the business entities and employees. Respond and resolve queries of employees on assignment including that of their project leadership.

Graduate of any 4 year course At least 1 year experience in customer service Basic knowledge in using MS Office Applications most especially Excel
