- Job description

* Responsible for maintaining payroll master data of new and existing employees.
* Updates changes to employee information as deemed applicable.
* Validates retro earnings or retro deduction calculations as a result of simulation and regular payroll runs.
* Ensures timely administration and compliance of all assigned master data processing functions.
* Coordinates summary of payroll reports, responding to ad-hoc query requests, gathering and analyzing payroll data.
* Resolves all related-to-job assignment payroll inquiries received via email, phone, and Siebel Application.
* Extends assistance for both internal and external Payroll PDM clients pertaining to the abovementioned scope of assignments.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the Team Lead, Specialist, or Payroll Manager.
* Graduate of Accountancy or any Business/Psychology course * Must have at least 2yrs experience in Payroll * Knowledgeable in SAP or other Payroll system (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle , Peachtree). * HR or Finance work experience. * With work experience within the same industry as Accenture.
