Role Summary:

The Total Rewards Practitioner supports the Rewards lead in designing, building and communicating policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. They develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective rewards function (MI and Planning, Equity, Compensation, Benefits, Pensions, or Retirement programs) and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. The Total Rewards Practitioner delivers and maintains the global policy and an operational guideline on total rewards programs. They ensure Accenture's compensation and benefit programs are competitive and linked to Accenture's Total Rewards strategy in each of the countries.
Must Have: BS Psychology Excellent Analytical Skills, People Skills, Proficiency in Excel Good to Have: BS Math, BS Statistics Attention to details, Problem Solving. With 4 to 5 years HR experience
