The HRO Associate Manager will also be in charge of ensuring that the team is adequately staffed and resources have the right skills required for the job. He/she will provide the team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each other’s' responsibilities including career planning and succession planning. He/She may be tasked to conduct/support Training for regional teams and on-board new team members on all areas of HRO operations and including: Controls & Compliance, Business Continuity Plans, process analysis and customer service.
• Graduate of any 4-year course • Minimum of 7 years of Industry experience • Minimum of 4 years of HRO Experience • Exposure to multiple HR service lines in the team leading role (handle a team servicing multiple HR services to an external client • Exposure/knowledge of HRO operations and HRO systems • Proficiency in MS applications • Excellence communication, writing, problem solving and customer service skills • Clear understanding of process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI.
