- Job description

• Handle Enhancement for the Project
     • In charge of Project Management and Support for Service Now module
     • Provide integration to the client’s Infrastructure
     • Provide operational support to the runteam
     • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
a. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or other related courses
     b. Experience in Service Now Support
     c. Prior experience in SNOW or other ITSM or ITOM platforms as a user, admin or developer
     d. Service Now Admin Training
     e. Excellent oral and written communication
