- Job description

• Handle requests and process a variety of orders and inquiries received through email/or call
     • Record and track activities (Move/Add/Change) related to Telecom inventory.
     • Alert appropriate staff of any potential Customer Services problems or issues.
     • Perform a variety of Customer Care duties and accountabilities as business need dictates.
     • Develop and maintain expertise for main telecom carriers’ billing, provisioning (order/procurement) and dispute management processes.
     • Identify and implement quality improvement methods
     • Collect, verify, and process invoices to ensure accuracy and pass to Accounts Payable for payment according to schedules and established guidelines.
    
a. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or other related courses
     b. Hands on experience on OS administration
     c. Experience in DEX, ISMS and BCM
     d. Supervisory experience is a plus
