Global Executive Support Analyst
Job Summary:
Provide support to executives with global, complex organizational responsibilities. Manage calendars through coordinating and rescheduling appointments. Anticipate travel needs and coordinate arrangements, itineraries, and logistics. Own miscellaneous complex administrative tasks, including form preparation, invoicing, contact and email distribution list maintenance as well as actively participate with the Workplace team to support office events/initiatives.

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience

Must Have:
- Fluent English, both verbal as written
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve in a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Strong email and scheduling skills, with a solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (very proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
- Ability to provide outstanding customer orientation and service, for example, anticipating needs of your Managing Director(s) or local in-office activities
- Ability to professionally handle confidential and/or sensitive information, following internal policies and procedures
Good to Have:
- Ability to build and strengthen trust-based relationships with your Managing Director(s), other Executive Assistants, and Workplace team members across the globe
- Proven experience of being a strong team player, supporting your colleagues when needed
- Ability to communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—in English
- Quick learner when it comes to technology and latest innovations
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
