Job Summary:
As a Martech Senior Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MarTech and AdTech solutions for clients. Your role will involve conducting capability assessments, developing solution architectures, and driving business development efforts. You will also manage a team of specialists and collaborate with technology providers to deliver transformative marketing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MarTech/AdTech capability assessments and provide recommendations on optimizing stacks and developing use cases to improve utilization.
  • Plan and design MarTech and AdTech solution architecture, vision, and roadmaps for clients.
  • Gather business requirements and design processes and solutions for implementing marketing and advertising tools.
  • Conduct vendor assessments and research new MarTech/AdTech systems and suppliers.
  • Partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work with technology teams to orchestrate and implement integrations between tools/platforms, including API-based integrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest changes in the MarTech and AdTech landscape.
  • Understand and convey the impact of regulations like CCPA and GDPR on marketing channels.
  • Mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projects with strong project management skills.
  • Develop and manage a team of digital marketing platform specialists, including hiring, training, and work allocation.
  • Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in MarTech/AdTech Transformation, MarTech Assessments, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, operating models, and marketing technologies.
  • Experience in research and analysis, identifying new opportunities, and developing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech/AdTech tools such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Pega Decisioning, SFMC, tag management platforms (GTM, Launch, Tealium), DMPs, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Good to Have Skills: Experience with Firebase, AppsFlyer, ad serving tools, programmatic channels, campaign tracking and attribution tools, and Ads Data Hub.
  • Knowledge of website/app and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, and Firebase.

Additional Information:

  • Proven working experience (12+ years) in digital marketing/advertising platforms across industries such as E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, including data, content, marketing automation, campaign performance management, personalization, and analytics.
  • Experience in implementing MarTech platforms and AdTech platforms, data visualization platforms, and cloud platforms.
  • Deliver and execute on functional and technical design solutions, customizing where required, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Google Marketing Platform.
  • Preferable: Experience working with Ads Data Hub, ad platforms, and their APIs (e.g., Google API, Facebook Conversion API).
  • At least 6-7 years of hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in Adobe marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and integration with other MarTech platforms implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience
  • MBA from a tier 1 or tier 2 institute
  • Good consulting, techno-functional and project management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
