Meetings and Events Registration Lead - Associate Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive registration website builder to independently manage and support multiple events simultaneously. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, leading a global website builder team, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring smooth running of Meetings and Events operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for event coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a global role so the working hours will be hybrid to accommodate all the geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supports 3+ High+ events at one time with consistent and quality customer support
• Approve PTO and assign back up support based on availability
• Consults on M&E technology options for events with new Event Owners
• Delivers continuous improvement of service delivery
• Final Billing and close out for M&E Registration Team with Finance
• Forecast and Analyze Teams Workload additional services, support and accommodate new business and processes
• Manages customer service issues/escalations (2nd Point of Contact)
• Strategic goals of team's growth, training, services and support
• Support new features to enhance customer offerings within the Cvent Platform such as new virtual features, Attendee Hub / Event App and more
• Team member promotions and raises
• Team member yearly and mid-year reviews, yearly goals, yearly trainings
• Support M&E Tech Lead with web builder permissions. Suggest resources to the global admin which reg team will need.
• Hire the best talent and be the point of contact for the leadership and Recruitment for all matters related to reg team
• Intermediate to Proficient level of understanding of Salesforce integrations. Liaise with the team on ongoing issues.
• Groom and coach upcoming Regional Leads in the three designated locations.
• Drive team initiatives and work with leadership on reporting of team’s progress.
Must have:
• Minimum 8 years of experience on the following:
-Cvent or any other Meetings Technology
-Event planning
-Management
-Project Management
-Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
