Job Description:
As a CRM Manager, you are entrusted with creating and implementing highly effective CRM engagement strategies for a select portfolio of medium to heavy accounts. You will work alongside account and industry leadership teams – and your M+C peers - to bring the best of Accenture to a defined audience. You’ll use data to show and optimize your work, and you will collaborate seamlessly with peers and team Captain to maximise your impact.
You may also be a People Lead, empowering and coaching a future CRM Lead.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering fully integrated marketing and communication strategies for 2-4 Resources APAC clients.
- Building and executing individual client relationship plans.
- Demonstrating a clear vision for the accounts, aligning strategies and goals for business growth.
- Developing strong business intimacy with client teams, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrating deep Client & Industry knowledge.
- Managing high quality, client-centric marketing programs, including: strategy and messaging; engagement journeys; content curation and customization; event experiences; best practice use of LinkedIn; and helping win key pursuits.
- Leading strategic and decision-making discussions with account leadership, account teams and local industry leadership, understanding their priorities and the broader business context, and shaping your plans accordingly.
- Mastering essential tools like SynOps for M&C including M+C Plan, MMS, Monday, Writer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Measuring performance against agreed-upon success measures, using feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Must have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, preferably in professional services or B2B organization
- Strong business acumen or experience in the Resources Industry
- Account based marketing or pursuit/deal-based marketing experience is an advantage
- Experience in Campaign management, Deliverable development and measurement and reporting and demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up is an advantage
- Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform), LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
