Job Description

  • Overall, will work closely with upper management to lead and manage resource operations within an assigned region.
  • Drive chargeability, recovery and operational excellence through management of the scheduling function and oversight and integration of the internal operations functions
  • Support effective management and deployment of bench resources to assess readiness and optimize chargeability
  • Provide analysis and forecasting of resource supply and demand to support project and workforce planning
  • Analyze productivity and chargeability of consulting resources and maintains updated resource-related information in all applicable systems to enable accurate and timely reporting-
  • Support smooth transitions of project resources between the project and the bench, including Day 1 project onboarding and readiness
  • Oversee the work of junior colleagues-Mentor, support, and lead your team towards achieving objectives

Must have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience

Skills and Work Experience

Must have:

  • 7-9 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in people management
  • Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
  • Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
