Job Description

The Client Visit Enablement Assocaite will help in logistics support of all types of client visits. Key tasks include planning and tracking of logistics, workplan, gathering and providing client requirements on food, ensuring agenda is followed and needed equipment's are working, printing of needed materials and securing souvenir or tokens of the clients. He/she will be the enabling arm of the Client Visit Enablement Lead.

Qualifications

Skills and Work Experience

Must Have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in event organizing.
  • Hospitality & Communication Skills
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Organizational Skills

Good to Have:

  • Keen To Details
  • Event management skills
