Corporate Mobility Analyst
Job Description
- Responsible for administrative tasks
- Take ownership of individuals travel plan, ensuring it progresses in timely way
- Proactively unblock issues through early identification and connecting with relevant specialists
- Communicate change of traveler circumstances to specialists as required
- Trigger 3rd party services as required
- Engage with other business functions as required to progress cases and support employees including but not limited to HR, Payroll and Finance
- Managing operation activity end to end in the scope and ensuring support to MSL and Immigration Specialist
- Collaborate with internal teams with MSL and Immigration Specialist
- The Operations Support SME is responsible for executing pivotal operational tasks that fall outside the purview of Immigration or Tax SMEs within the Case Management domain.
- This role involves overseeing and managing reporting and insights for the market unit, collaborating closely with the DL MU Lead to ensure effective control and smooth functioning of the operation.
Skills and Work Experience:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Must have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Mobility
- Workload Management experience (administrative task - backend)
- Knowledge in data analytics and reports (knowledgeable in Excel - pivot, vlookup)
- Customer-centric
