Job Description:

The Client Visit Enablement team will be the focal support of all client visits, managing the end to end cycle of a client visit needed in pre, during and post visits. This includes ensuring smooth booking process, managing stakeholders, coordinating with Visit Architects and support groups, and working on feedback management to make an elavated experience for our clients.

The Client Visit Enablement Analyst will act as the doer and enabler of the logistical requirements in the process and ensure all requests are being catered to.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 years course)
  • 1 to 2 - years’ experience in Facilities Management
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
