The Work:

The Center of Excellence (COE) makes sure that the sales and pricing methods and offerings of Sales Excellence are effective. The COE supports salespeople through its business partners and Analytics and Sales Operations teams.

The Data Engineer helps manage data sources and environments, utilizing large data sets and maintaining their integrity to create models and apps that deliver insights to the organization.

You will:

  • Build and manage data models that bring together data from different sources.
  • Help consolidate and cleanse data for use by the modeling and development teams.
  • Structure data for use in analytics applications.
  • Understand SQL Server scripts/stored procedures and translate them to GCP Big Query, taking advantage of this cloud technology.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience doing analytics work, which may include:
  •      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  •      Data visualization for sales, pricing, finance, and related functions
  •      Power BI, PowerApp and PowerAutomate
  •      SQL
  • Experience with defining and using performance metrics.
  • Curiosity, creativity, a collaborative attitude, and attention to detail
  • Ability to explain technical information to senior, non-technical users.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a global environment.
